Fulfillment & Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Fulfillment Executive to support daily warehouse stock inventory, order processing, packaging and labeling operations for our cosmetics and beauty products trading company.

• Manage daily warehouse and stock-related activities.
• Handle inventory management, stock checking, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
• Process customer orders, ensuring products are correctly picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for delivery.
• Perform barcode labeling, Arabic labeling, product labeling, and other compliance-related labeling tasks as required.
• Maintain proper organization of goods, shelves, cartons, and warehouse areas.
• Prepare basic reports, information, and documentation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order preparation, delivery documentation, and routine operational requirements.
