About Us

Upcision is a performance-based B2B lead generation company. We generate inbound responses per day from outbound campaigns, then verify, qualify, and route those leads to clients on a CPL basis.

This role runs the floor.

You own daily fulfillment execution, quality, and performance. If revenue slows, if leads sit, if quality slips, if agents miss steps, it is your problem to fix the same day.

You work alongside a Client Delivery Manager who owns client relationships and priorities. You own internal execution.

This is a player-manager role. You will manage people and you will do the work when needed.

• Ensure high-intent leads are submitted to clients quickly with correct routing, notes, and next steps.
• Ensure all other leads are worked aggressively via phone and email.
• Control speed to first call, follow-up volume, routing accuracy, and coverage.
