About the role

As a Fulfillment QC Officer at PETWAREHOUSE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our customer orders. This full-time position is based in our Pasig City Metro Manila office and is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of order fulfilment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Perform comprehensive quality checks on all outgoing orders to verify product accuracy, condition, and packaging
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer orders before dispatch
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimise the fulfilment process and minimise errors
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall order fulfilment efficiency
