JOB QUALIFICATION

• Reliable and possess excellent organizational skills
• Graduate of any 4 year course ( Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and consolidate orders from all eCommerce Platform
• Endorse all orders to the warehouse Personnel
• Facilitate and document Quality check
• Collect and document weight and dimensions of the orders after packing
• Send pictures of the packed orders to the buyer
• Print air Waybill to arrange shipment
• Ensure proper placement of airwaybill to the designated pouch or box
• Update Data Collection Form and all relevant internal forms and monitoring
• Initiate weekly inventory and request for replenishment of stock and packaging materials
