Full Cycle Payroll Specialist

Gategroup is looking for a Full Cycle Payroll Specialist to process payroll for both union and non-union employees at its Canadian headquarters. Your accuracy and technical skills will shine in this position.
In this full-time role, you will manage payroll for over 2,300 employees, ensuring compliance with various collective agreements and timely processing. Familiarity with payroll software, ideally Workday, is a must, along with experience in payroll inquiries and reconciliations to support a smooth payroll operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete payroll operations for 9 units
• Process and distribute payroll in a timely manner
• Maintain and manage payroll records accurately
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries effectively
• Handle approval of payroll record changes and garnishments
