Job Description
The B2 B – Full Cycle Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Purpose of the Role Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers. Provide accurate product information and solutions to individual customer/business needs. Handle objections professionally and confidently. Prepare and present proposals or quotations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines. Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales. Customer Onboarding Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
