Full Multi Trader

Overview

We are recruiting an experienced FullMulti Trader that can carry out Carpentry, Plumbing basic Electrics (like-for-like), Patch Plastering, Tiling with Painting and Decorating skills.

Gilmartins works in social housing and provides reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The role requires work and travel in North London and surrounding areas, travelling up to one and a half hours.

Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do.

Requirements

• Full manual driving licence not automatic licence
• Own tools
• Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
• DBS certificate
• ECS card - ideally
