Full, Part time and Casual support workers needed

We are looking for a new people to join a team of committed, reliable and motivated individuals to provide support for a 27 year old lady who lives at home with her young son, needing 2:1 care throughout the daytime and 1:1 care throughout the night. 

The client has a brain injury, is wheelchair dependent and has lots of therapy sessions in her home but likes to plan a full day in include crafts, meeting friends and visiting local places of interest.

She requires assistance with personal care, weekly/daily planning, support with cooking and household chores and support to do her wishes.

Previous experience working within care is essential, ideally working within someone’s own home, although full training and support will be given.

The role will also include medication administration, helping with therapy’s, communication with professionals as needed and keeping daily care records.
