Position Overview

Invites applications for a tenured full- time position of FULL PROFESSOR of International Macroeconomics And Finance For The Pictet Chair In Finance And Development starting on 1 September 2027 or on a mutually agreed-upon date.

Candidates must hold a PhD in Economics or Finance and demonstrate excellence in academic research through a distinguished publication record, a strong and forward‑looking research agenda, and meaningful contributions to policy debates.

Responsibilities

• Teach postgraduate courses in international macroeconomics and finance.
• Assume a leadership role at the Graduate Institute’s Centre for Finance and Development and mentor junior faculty.
• Contribute actively to policy analysis, maintaining strong networks with policymakers and academic institutions.
