Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory).
Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure timely month-end closing and audit compliance.
Prepare and submit GST/SST and ensure tax compliance.
Maintain up-to-date financial figures and provide weekly / bi-weekly reports.
Prepare & Monitor P&L, margin, expenses, and highlight abnormal variances.
Manage receivables, collections, and credit control
Support Directors with cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and banking / financing costs.
Prepare weekly supplier paymentsand monthly creditor payments.
Verify invoices and ensure proper approval and documentation.
Manage AR/AP ageing, collections, and credit control.
Maintain accounting systems (e.g. AUTOCOUNT) and data accuracy.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.Supportaudits, internal controls, and compliance.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required...
