Full Stack - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

At Winning Consulting we are currently looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation project for a global client in the retail & consumer goods industry.

Remote or hybrid I Spain

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain components, templates, and workflows within AEM

+ Collaborate with UX and backend teams to create seamless customer experiences

+ Support content publishing workflows and performance optimization

+ Ensure integration with other Adobe products when applicable

Requirements:

+ +3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites preferred)

+ Proficiency in HTML/Sightly, Java, OSGi, Sling models

+ Experience with headless CMS integrations is a strong plus

+ Familiarity with Agile environments and remote collaboration

+ Adobe certifications are a plus
