Full-Stack AI Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Intern to join our HR and AI Teams here at Revvity. This person will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR AI initiatives - from initial data preparation to live deployment and engagement analysis. This role is a unique blend of Technical Development, Data Engineering, and Strategic Pilot Support, offering a 360-degree view of how AI is reshaping the modern workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1.Agent Lifecycle & Optimization

•Support Development:Assist in building and refining existing and new HR AI Agents

•Fine-Tuning & Testing:Conduct rigorous testing and iterative fine-tuning to ensure agent responses are accurate, compliant, and empathetic.
