Job Summary

CK Children's Publishing is seeking a Full Stack AI Systems Engineer who understands how to responsibly and effectively use AI-assisted development tools to build well-structured, scalable, and maintainable software. This role is for a programmer who uses AI as a productivity and reasoning amplifier, not a replacement for technical judgment. You will work on AI-assisted workflows, structured coding practices, and intelligent systems that power real-world educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications for CK's education and school management platforms
• Use AI-powered IDEs and coding tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor, Antigravity, and similar) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality
• Ensure proper code structure, readability, and maintainability, even when using AI-assisted tools
