The ideal candidate with 7+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in lead or architectural roles. You should be proficient across the stack, NestJS on the backend, on the frontend, and confident navigating database design and optimization. Bonus points if you've architected 3 or more products using the MERN stack and have experience in domains like OMS, POS, marketplaces, or supply chain platforms
