Full Stack Blockchain Tech Lead – Founding Engineer, CTO Path

We are building a venture studio to launch and scale blockchain and AI powered startups fast. We are looking for a senior, hands on
full stack blockchain engineer
who builds like a founder and wants a clear path to
CTO
across one or more ventures.

This is a
co founder level, equity only role
, designed for someone who wants to architect real world blockchain systems, not just experiment with tokens or demos.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and shipping blockchain driven platforms from day zero, with a strong focus on
enterprise grade blockchain
,
Hyperledger
, and production ready smart contract systems.

A key part of this role is leveraging AI tools and automation to accelerate development. Our goal is to have at least
60 percent of development AI assisted from day one
, with a roadmap to push this to
90 to 95 percent
through agents, tooling, and repeatable workflows.
