Full-stack Developer - Claims

Overview
Our client, a leading Canadian P&C insurance provider, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their AI-focused Software Development team. This team is responsible for transforming cutting-edge AI/LLM concepts into scalable, production-grade enterprise applications within the claims and fraud domains.
You will work within a cross-functional squad alongside data scientists, data engineers, DevOps, and business analysts, owning end-to-end delivery across the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and deploy production-grade full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on backend development (~80%)

+ Build and scale Python-based backend services in enterprise environments

+ Collaborate closely with data scientists to operationalize AI/LLM concepts into real-world applications

+ Contribute to cloud-native development on AWS, leveraging infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
