Full Stack Developer

I. Job Purpose

Acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing, designing, and improving systems to ensure they meet organizational goals. They evaluate existing processes, gather and document user requirements, and collaborate with IT and business teams to implement efficient, cost-effective solutions that align with the organization's objectives. They ensure systems are functional, scalable, and reliable, contributing to operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
