Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a Frontend-focused Full-Stack Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of the two products our partners use every day:

• Partner Portal – a web app where restaurant managers manage menus, orders, and performance.
• LANCH OS – our internal operating system for growth, logistics, and brand ops.

As one of the first engineers on the team, you will define frontend architecture, shape our FastAPI/SQLModel backend, and ship features that land in production weekly. You’ll collaborate closely with product, data, ops, and our partner restaurants to turn complex operational workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of new Partner Portal and LANCH OS features using React, TypeScript, and modern state-management patterns and build on the first AI first operating system in the F&B Sector.
