About This Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the frontend of our AI-powered collections platform and contribute meaningfully to backend integrations. You'll work directly with our founding engineer to ship features from implementation doc to deployment — independently, reliably, and without needing daily direction.
This is not a role where you execute tickets. You'll understand why features are being built, challenge how they should be built, and take ownership of the result. You'll write implementation docs before you write code, flag blockers the same day they appear, and communicate in outcomes — not activities.

What You'll Own
Frontend (Primary)
- Own the design, development, and optimization of our React / frontend applications
- Create fast, intuitive interfaces for clients and end-users — minimizing friction in the payment and collections flow
