Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong Pega expertise to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a government-sector project. This role involves end-to-end solution delivery from analysing business needs and designing applications to developing, testing, and deploying high‑quality systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions delivered are robust, secure, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, define scope, and develop solution proposals.
• Document requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on design and implementation.
• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software applications using Pega and complementary technologies.
