We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale healthcare technology solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on engineering expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
