Full Stack Team Leader

We're in search of an Engineering Team Leader with a strong background in Full-Stack development, a dedication to quality work, and the ability to establish and grow our engineering team. The team is responsible for strategic and unique product features of our platform and the solution tailored into it.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
• Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
• Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization
• Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
• Our stack includes Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
