Full Stack Tech Lead, Founding Engineer, CTO Path

We are building a venture studio focused on launching and scaling AI powered startups at speed. We are looking for a senior, hands on full stack engineer who thinks and builds like a founder, not an employee.

This role is designed as a clear path to CTO across one or more startups emerging from the studio.

You will be deeply involved from day zero, designing architecture, writing production code, shipping MVPs fast, and setting up repeatable systems where AI and automation drive the majority of development output.

Our ambition is that at least 60 percent of development is AI-assisted from day one, with a clear roadmap to reach 90 to 95 percent through tooling, agents, and workflow automation.
