Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Web3 Engineer to support future-horizon innovation initiatives focused on on-chain finance and decentralized applications at RBC.
This role is centered on building end-to-end Web3 applications that operate on EVM-compatible blockchain networks, combining smart contract development with modern front-end and backend systems. You will work on exploratory and forward-looking use cases that examine how on-chain financial primitives may shape the future of financial services.
As part of RBC’s innovation efforts, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas while applying strong engineering discipline, security awareness, and architectural thinking.What will you do?
