• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• CPA
• Proven experience in an accounting supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with effective leadership and team management abilities
