Lakeside Post Acute is seeking an Activities Director dedicated to enhancing resident well-being through engaging activities. Make lasting connections while improving lives in a caring community.
As the Activities Director, your primary mission is to plan and coordinate meaningful activities for our residents. Your influence will enable a fun and caring environment within the post-acute care setting. We invite professionals with a background in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities to contribute their expertise and passion to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning of resident-centered activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for program success
• Evaluate and adapt activities based on resident feedback
• Maintain safety and compliance in all activities
• Encourage creativity and participation among residents
