Job Description

Drive impactful retail operations with The Salvation Army as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. Enable effective store management and ensure the mission-driven focus of our Thrift Store.

In this position, you will assist the Store Manager in supervising all store operations while embodying the core values of The Salvation Army. You'll focus on maintaining a safe shopping environment, marketing store promotions, and managing staff training, all while supporting community needs through our mission.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure operational safety in the store environment • Collaborate in planning store layouts for increased appeal • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care • Oversee cash handling and ensure nightly deposits are secure • Provide staff direction in the absence of the Store Manager
