Job Description:
As a Baker at Baker's Treat, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts that delight our customers. You'll ensure that all products meet our standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other baking ingredients.
• Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Decorate and finish baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock management.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
