Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical
Full-Time Case Manager. This is a
100% fully remote
position requiring advanced knowledge of removal defense and strict litigation workflows. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to manage complex dockets and a proven track record in high-level legal writing.
Key Responsibilities Department Oversight:
Manage and audit the firm’s EOIR docket, ensuring all Master Calendar and Individual Hearing deadlines are strictly met across the team as well as Individual Hearing dates and/or oversee a dedicated caseload of USCIS filings, monitor case progress, proactively identify processing delays, and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions...
