Make an impact as a Full Time Career Counselor with the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County. Provide essential support to newcomers in achieving their career aspirations.
As a part of this position, you will help clients assess their abilities, set realistic career goals, and refine their job search techniques. Ideal candidates must have robust experience in employment counseling, communication proficiency, and an awareness of local employment trends. You’ll conduct individual counseling sessions, coordinate valuable workshops, and enhance relationships with local employers to identify job openings.
