Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our established and award-winning firm in our Clevedon office. You will be working within a supportive, close-knit team with direct access to senior leadership. 
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants on varying scales of complexity. 
Areas Of Work Include Refinancing transactions 
Lease work, both landlord and tenant 
Site acquisitions, finance, and sales 
Corporate support 
Solid experience across commercial transactions
