Full- Time Dietician Needed

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab  is looking for a Full Time Dietician.  LTC experience preferred. ( RD not required).

Our Dieticians provide an individual nutrition plan of care for each resident.

Dietician must be able to assess client's nutritional and health needs

Counsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits

Develop meal and nutrition plans, taking residents preferences into consideration

Evaluate and monitor the effects of nutrition plans and practices and make changes as needed.
