Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Operations Manager (s) , this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Food & Beverage operations at a multi-venue location. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example, and provides a learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members and guests. Delivers performance reviews for direct reports. Actively participates in and shares responsibility for the recruitment and hiring process.
