Full-Time Geriatrician in Chicago Area

We are seeking a full-time Spanish-speaking Geriatrician for our practice northwest of Chicago, IL. This position is perfect for a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving older adults.
Candidates should be highly motivated to improve health outcomes for Medicare patients in underserved communities. Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing patients, prescribing treatments, and leading a primary care team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patients effectively
• Direct primary care services across clinics
• Prescribe and manage medications prescribed
• Maintain electronic medical records accurately
• Collaborate with regional leadership on healthcare quality
Requirements:
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
