Support patient journeys at Unity Health Toronto as a MyChart Help Desk Administrator. This full-time role focuses on customer service and MyChart navigation assistance.
As part of the Care Experience, Quality, and Safety department, the MyChart Help Desk Administrator will engage with patients, staff, and families, offering support for the MyChart portal. This position requires responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person while addressing various digital health concerns.
