Responsibilities

• Assist to plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
• Assist to plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
• Assist in overseeing and supervising the welcoming of customers
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
• Follow food and safety regulations
• Process customer complaints patiently
• Ensure customers are satisfied with food, drinks and service.
• Assist with daily operation
• Tap draught beers
• Upsell and push to increase sales
• Check stocks and update stock list when needed
• Will be taught mixing of drinks
• Maintain overall cleanliness of shop front
