Job Description
Be a key player at CAMH as a full-time Payroll Manager overseeing payroll functions in our Toronto office. This role centers on compliance, efficiency, and effective team leadership.
You will report to the Director of Finance Operations and be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring timely completion of transactions, and supervising the payroll team. With a strong background in payroll management, you’ll focus on strategic improvements and liaising with stakeholders for optimal accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities: • Audit and analyze payroll reports for accuracy • Reconcile payroll accounts and related financial records • Lead and mentor payroll staff for effective performance • Develop strategies for process improvement and compliance • Ensure CRA compliance with Human Resources collaboration
