Full-Time Program Coordinator YMCA Watford

The East Lambton YMCA is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator to manage program development and improve member experiences. This temporary contract spans from August 2026 to August 2027.
In your role, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure excellent service delivery and program consistency. You’ll develop staff, foster community relationships, and assist in planning exciting events. Your contributions will create a positive environment for children and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and enhance the performance of staff and volunteers
• Foster relationships with members through engagement
• Create and maintain effective program plans
• Implement programs reliably and consistently
• Support community event planning and promotion
Requirements:
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
