Full-Time Program Director Opportunity

Join Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka as a full-time Program Director, dedicated to providing compassionate support to those affected by cancer. Evening hours are required to meet community needs.

You will oversee a range of programs aimed at enhancing the emotional and social well-being of participants. Your responsibilities include program development, staff supervision, and direct member support. Collaborating with the Executive Director, you will also engage in strategic planning and community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all programs meet Cancer Support Community guidelines
• Lead program evaluation and development initiatives
• Supervise and mentor facilitators and volunteers
• Track participation outcomes and prepare necessary reports
• Develop relationships with healthcare and community organizations
