Full-Time Recruitment Support Team Member

URGENT

We are looking for a new and dedicated member to join our team and support our entire process this year.

The role includes:

• Taking and answering calls
• Updating Google Sheets

We are a Real Estate business based in Scotland and England. In this position, you will be speaking with and calling applicants who have applied to work with us as Sales Consultants or Sales Managers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior experience working with an English-speaking employer is a must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (managing interviews, updating databases, handling minor Google Sheets updates)
