Job Description
Elevate youth interventions as a Registered Behaviour Analyst at Monarch House, focusing on children with ASD. Your leadership and communication skills will be key in this impactful full-time position.
As a Registered Behaviour Analyst, you will lead effective ABA interventions, assessing client needs and caregiver priorities to develop individualized behavior plans. Your expertise in Functional Analysis and behavior assessments will ensure success, while you supervise and mentor both therapists and students to enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and prioritize caregiver objectives
• Create and implement personalized behavior plans
• Conduct Functional Analyses for tailored interventions
• Train and guide ABA Therapists and students
