WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A FULL TIME SALES SUPERVISOR FOR OUR TRIBECA, NEW YORK LOCATION
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Sales Supervisor is a sales driven position with leadership responsibilities. The Sales Supervisor is primarily responsible for achieving his/her individual sales goal while also setting the example for the rest of the store team in exceptional customer service, and consistently upholding the standards and the vision of the company. In the absence of Store Management, the Sales Supervisor is charged with overseeing the store staff, and is the most senior presence in the store.
ESSENTIAL DUITES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership:
+ Lead by example in exceptional customer service and store standards
+ Conduct him/herself as James Perse brand ambassador
+ Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs
