Full Time - The Lounge: Server

Role Summary

After the cafe closes, our patio gets converted into The Lounge for the evening. The Lounge Server is responsible for creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. In this position you be the face of our restaurant, as well as responsible for our customers' experiences with our brand. The Server takes pride in making sure that the customer is well taken care of and delivers a quality of service that reflects the caliber of establishment that is Jack & Stella, and The Lounge. They will work alongside the kitchen and bar staff, and closely with the head chef Matt, to ensure quality customer service, and customer satisfaction/ retention. You are responsible for taking and delivering food and drink orders, and handling payment transaction in a timely manner. You are required to have a thorough knowledge of our beer, wine, signature cocktails and food menu to be able to discuss with guests and make recommendations.
