Fullstack Developer - Backend Focus

Build the modeling engine that powers everything.

As a Fullstack Developer with a backend bias, you’ll focus on Fluxion’s core systems: the graph-based modelling engine, APIs, and infrastructure that make complex business modelling possible — and fast.

You’ll still work across the stack, but your main impact is in correctness, performance, and scalable architecture.

What you’ll do

• Design and build core backend systems for modelling, simulation, and scenario planning
• Develop APIs and data models that support rich frontend and AI workflows
• Integrate AI capabilities into core product logic
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability, and enterprise requirements
• Work closely with frontend, design, and AI to ship end-to-end features
