> Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced setting.
> Proficient in JS at an expert level, including a deep understanding of the engine/interpreter running JS. Comfortable using ES7+ syntax.
For backend specialist:
> Strong grasp of design patterns, including 2-phase commits, transactional layers, asynchronous programming, and non-blocking IO.
> Extensive experience in creating APIs, RESTful services, and microservices (GraphQL is a plus).
> Proficient in protocols like OAuth 2.0 and JWT tokens.
> Comfortable coding in JavaScript, with in-depth knowledge of Node.js and its V8 Engine. Bonus points for familiarity with functional programming and building native extensions in R or C++ for demanding tasks.
