• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, application logic, and data models in Ruby on Rails.
• Own and deliver growth initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Build customer-facing product experiences across the Homebase platform.
• Contribute to React and TypeScript applications where needed to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design, build, and evaluate experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
