Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. business hours)

Key Responsibilities
* Write accurate and complete repair estimates using **CCC ONE** (based on photos and documentation)
* Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email to obtain approvals
* Track and update the status of assigned repair orders (ROs) and provide timely updates to customers
* Handle inbound calls from customers, insurance companies, and rental partners
