Position Summary The Senior Production Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end production workflow across the firm. This role acts as the central traffic controller, ensuring that all client work is properly assigned, completed on time, and meets a high technical standard before final delivery.

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining strong technical expertise with team management. The Senior Production Manager serves as the primary internal reviewer for all production work, while also training and developing team members and improving systems and processes.
