Fun Associate

• Provides a positive customer experience through exceptional quality service to ensure increase in sales transaction. Acts as the first point-of-contact of customers in the store. Ensures the safekeeping, accuracy, security and sufficient store fund.
• Selling. Uses appropriate spiels, answers customer queries, and provide applicable support services to customers. Properly cascade to customers the carnival game mechanics and distribute prizes accordingly.
• Cash Handling. Submits completed applicable cash accountability reports. Provide correct information on promotional offers to customers to avoid customer complaints.
• Cleanliness, Orderliness and safety. Ensures machines, redemption items, prizes, and all equipment are clean, organized, and safe to use. Executes strategies to ensure prevention of item loss.
