Overview

As CP&O FLE LATAM Region Controller, your mission is to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and performance across Latin American operations. You will lead a controlling organization of approximately 10+ professionals, driving IFRS‑compliant controlling activities, delivering clear and actionable financial insights, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making for both regional and local leadership.

The role reports a solid line toward the global function and a dotted line to the regional finance organization. Through strong people leadership and close collaboration with shared services, country and regional finance directors, and global controlling partners, you will foster financial discipline, continuous process improvement, and strategic value creation.
